Praise in Motion

Praise In Motion is a very exciting, contemporary dance team! They are highly skilled and wonderfully anointed by God to praise and worship Him in the dance! PIM rehearses each Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. 

“I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvelous works.” 
Psalm 9:1
Because of the level of ability and endurance required for the dances that PIM performs, dancers are asked to audition by invitation only. How do you let us know that you might possess the necessary requirements? Call the Church Office and inquire!
In addition to the necessary skill and endurance, there are other prerequisites:

You must be 18 years of age or older
You must have your own transportation
You must be active in two other Livingway ministries
You must complete Classes 101, 201 and 301

“Praise him with the timbrel and dance…” Psalm 150:4

Although PIM primarily performs at Livingway during services and special events, the group occasionally accepts invitations to minister at other church and community functions.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:”   1 Peter 2:9

This is the mission of Praise In Motion … to show forth the praises of our great and awesome God!
If you are in sound physical shape (endurance), you are blessed with excellent rhythm (ability) and you possess the skill necessary to learn, remember and perform these dances, call the Church Office and ask about how to be considered for an audition.
